To thrive in the current educational landscape and promote innovation, Cned must collaborate with partners. How does it engage with Edtech companies? How does it choose and identify them? These are the questions we’ll explore with Muy-Cheng Peich, Project Director for the PIA program.

Following our first episode with Isabelle Preud’homme, Director of the Cned Innovation Lab, we now turn to Muy-Cheng Peich, PIA Project Director.

« The PIA Digital Academy is the Future Investment Program that, for Cned, encompasses a set of innovations we are testing at the pedagogical and service levels to enhance students’ learning experience, » explains Muy-Cheng Peich, PIA Project Director at Cned.

The idea is to strengthen educational paths, make them more personalized, and ensure educational continuity while enhancing teachers’ practices.

« We conducted benchmarking in several areas of interest, such as memory imprint, Artificial Intelligence, virtual reality; the goal is to operate experimentally » continues Muy-Cheng Peich.

As described by Isabelle Preud’homme in our previous episode, the approach involves conducting Proof of Concepts (POCs) and then pilots.

Currently, five projects are being generalized to offer all these services to all our students:

  1. Stellia – AI solutions tailored to Cned’s data.
  2. VR Connection – Tomorrow’s pedagogical models.
  3. Flash Révisions – Mobile bac revision, co-developed with NOMAD EDUCATION.
  4. Interview App – Oral practice, co-developed with InterviewApp.
  5. Mémo Max – Memorizing essential concepts, co-developed with Domoscio.

These are the five projects already implemented for learners.

« Our goal is to test innovative technologies and be able to integrate them into our overall offering. We are more than willing to share usage experiences so that other institutions can benefit from them. »

Soon, all partner institutions and Cned students will have access to these services « as we are in the process of generalizing » she concludes.
