LUDOVIA#22 this year offers training for local authorities. Are you a member of a territorial or local authority, working within an education or IT department, or an elected official? Do you handle topics related to educational technology with the education sector, academic services, rectorate services, or even solution or content providers? This training has been designed by a group of experts for you.

For many years, local authorities have carried out substantial work to develop digital infrastructure in their territories. For a long time, digital technology offered the hope of new attractiveness, notably through policies centered around high-speed networks, and later very high-speed networks, which also benefited education by connecting schools to public high-speed infrastructure and deploying it in the institutions under their responsibility.

Following an expansion of their competencies, starting from 2003-2004 (the 2004 Raffarin Decentralization Act only concerns ATTEE staff… unless you’re referring to the digital workspaces (ENT) introduced in 2004, although they weren’t in the law… either way, the ENT should be introduced here), and again in 2013, some local authorities decided to invest in hardware and digital services for teachers and students, co-financing joint actions with the national education system, and sometimes even providing digital resources or subscriptions to digital services and platforms.

Born from discussions and exchanges between local authorities and seasoned experts in the field, this training, requested by LUDOVIA, is operated by the Canopé network and integrated into the seminar for local authorities and institutions in the 21st century. It may be eligible for coverage by your training service, under certain conditions.

Over two days, the training will feature project pitches related to the topics covered, presented by a partnership between local authorities and EdTech.
