LUDOVIALES 🚀 Opening up to new technologies and keeping up with the times, especially in the era of AI, for a trainer means knowing how to leverage AI in the preparation, design, and feedback analysis of training activities. But the most important thing is to be a « booster » for the teaching team, encouraging them to adopt this technique in the classroom to improve both teaching practices and student learning. Abdelhamid ZANOUNY (Morocco) will lead a demo workshop on this topic on April 2.
This demo presentation will be guided by the following question: « What approach have I adopted to effectively integrate artificial intelligence into pedagogical processes to improve the learning experience of both teachers and students? » The case of ChatBots as a training tool.
This question raises several challenges, such as adapting educational content to AI capabilities, training teachers to use these new technologies, and evaluating the impact of AI on teacher and student outcomes. It is also crucial to consider which types of AI to choose to be used by a novice audience.
The ultimate goal of the demo presentation is to suggest some answers to a few of these challenges.
For the trainer, AI can help to:
- Personalize the training,
- Analyze data,
- Create adaptive content,
- Simulate and visualize concepts,
- Evaluate and provide feedback,
- Save time,
- Improve training quality,
- Access additional resources.
For the teacher, AI can help to:
- Improve the personalization of learning,
- Adapt content and teaching methods to individual student needs,
- Automate certain administrative tasks, freeing up time for teachers to focus on teaching,
- Help students develop new skills, such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity.
