MaClasseTI.fr is marking 2 years of undeniable success in high schools. The Ludomag team joined the celebration alongside Carlos Coelho, head of resource development and teacher support; Léo Briand, founder of Vittascience, who contributed to the platform’s development; and Boris Hanuš, a high school mathematics teacher and T3 advisor for Texas Instruments.
« For Texas Instruments, MaClasseTI.fr stems from the desire to offer students and teachers a solution to support them in learning mathematics, » explains Carlos Coelho.
The platform addresses classroom usage scenarios that a calculator alone could not facilitate but that teachers had requested.
It is, therefore, a platform designed to meet the real needs of teachers. « With Vittascience, we developed a set of features and integrated an online calculator, which is an emulator replicating the physical calculator, » explains Léo Briand.
For students who do not have their calculator with them, the emulator allows access via their smartphone or computer.
Through the platform, students also have access to a Python editor, « which allows them to replicate programming functionalities, » adds Léo Briand, a particularly useful feature since Python has been part of the high school curriculum since the French baccalaureate reform!
MaClasseTI.fr: A Secure Environment to Ensure Privacy
The MaClasseTI.fr environment is entirely secure. The platform complies with the GAR (Access Management System) guidelines, « which allow all students and teachers to access a classroom space in a secure and GDPR-compliant context, ensuring personal data protection, » emphasizes Léo Briand.
Concrete Classroom Uses That Facilitate Learning
Boris Hanuš confirms that using the platform and its tools is a valuable aid in his teaching.
Video tutorials, in particular, allow Boris to suggest that students delve deeper into concepts covered in class, which they can review at home.

The « class management » tool is another highly useful feature for Boris: « With this tool, I select a range of activities from the resource bank or those I have created myself, and students can connect via their phone or computer to access these activities, » he explains.
Thanks to this feature, Boris can monitor students’ results in real time, identify those who may be struggling, and implement differentiated instruction accordingly.
All these capabilities with MaClasseTI.fr were presented by Boris during our last meeting at the Educatech fair in November 2023. Revisit our report and article on the topic: « The Classroom Space of MaClasseTI.fr: Everything for Teachers. »
Texas Instruments, Vittascience, and the teachers using MaClasseTI.fr share a common goal: to help as many students as possible succeed in scientific or STEM subjects.
« Texas Instruments brings expertise in mathematics, while Vittascience focuses more on coding and programming aspects. It is the combination of these strengths that enabled the creation of this remarkable platform, » says Léo Briand.
Today, with 1,100,000 users, 2,000 schools accessing the platform, and over 500,000 tutorial views by students, MCTI can proudly celebrate its success.
