WILBI, the Toulouse-based startup launched in 2021, is reaching a new milestone in its mission to revolutionize career guidance.

Inspired by social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram, this free platform introduces new features, including a scroller that allows users to discover careers through short, engaging videos. Now, it also provides insights into educational pathways by showcasing relevant schools and training programs.

Modern, intuitive, and immersive, WILBI offers a brand-new experience that makes career orientation as simple and enjoyable as scrolling through social media, all while opening doors to the careers of the future.

Careers in Videos, Training in One Click

As young people navigate Parcoursup, WILBI is redefining career guidance with its immersive and intuitive approach. With just a few clicks, users can watch captivating videos featuring passionate professionals who reveal the behind-the-scenes of their jobs: daily tasks, key skills, and career prospects.

What’s new? Now, each profession is directly linked to the right schools and training programs, whether it’s post-secondary education, continuing education, or apprenticeship programs.

« We want everyone to be able to visualize their future career, to see themselves in it concretely, and to immediately know how to train for it. This approach meets the needs of young generations as well as those in career transition. »

Charlotte Tandou, Co-founder of WILBI

Meeting the Expectations of Young People and Professionals

With over 400 careers featured and inspiring videos, WILBI supports up to 100,000 people per month, primarily between the ages of 15 and 25. The platform is now also a valuable tool for career counselors and educational institutions. They can integrate it into their programs to enhance their guidance efforts and capture students’ attention through engaging classroom workshops focused on career orientation.

A Recognized Tool

Endorsed by the French Ministry of National Education, WILBI is a French startup that is rethinking how we discover careers and professional pathways. Increasingly, regional authorities are also partnering with WILBI to modernize the career guidance tools available in their territories. WILBI aims to become a must-have resource for all generations seeking their professional path.

Key Figures

  • 10,000+ videos on the platform
  • 84% of users are under 25 years old
  • 3,000+ teachers, career guidance experts, and job coaches use WILBI to support young people
