« I Teach with AI » by Mickaël Bertrand, a history and geography teacher, trainer, and author for Magnard textbooks, is a practical guide on how to use AI to support teachers and students.

This essential book supports middle and high school educators and students in harnessing artificial intelligence to tackle the major challenges of education!

Artificial intelligence offers numerous opportunities to address key educational challenges. It enables innovation to motivate learners, supports differentiation and inclusion, and much more—provided it is used wisely by teachers. Therefore, mastering AI is in our best interest to ensure its application in education aligns with the fundamental principles of inclusion and equity and becomes a driver of progress.

Practical and focused, the book is structured around double-page spreads providing examples of how generative AI can be used to foster academic success. It aims to:

  • Equip teachers with all the tools they need to simplify lesson preparation (building curriculum plans, creating sequences, designing fun activities, tailoring activities for different learners, etc.) and make the most of AI’s potential.
  • Help students develop transversal skills, such as analyzing, arguing, self-assessing, and more.

Publication: February 2025, Vuibert Editions.
