A long-standing partner of MOBiDYS in the educational sector, ILT Education contributed to the creation of the SONDO library in 2019.
As the majority investor in this project, the Swedish EdTech company has since supported SONDO’s development through financial, technical, and strategic resources. Since its launch, the SONDO library has benefited from the shared infrastructure of ILT Group’s digital libraries and now serves 300,000 students in France.
By extending its commitment in France through the acquisition of all MOBiDYS activities, the Swedish EdTech company is solidifying the future of the French firm, which aims to empower children with dyslexia through reading.
Based in Stockholm, ILT Education has been producing and distributing digital resources for inclusive education since 1992. Its operations also extend to Finland, Norway, Germany, the United Kingdom, and France through MOBiDYS.
With over 5 million users worldwide, ILT is a leading EdTech company dedicated to inclusion. Its libraries of adapted books for children with dyslexia and multilingual audiences are designed to promote equal opportunities.
This integration aims to continue the work already undertaken in France and Canada. This commitment to continuity is reflected in the retention of the majority of the existing team based in Nantes.
ILT Group reaffirms its trust in Anne Thay, who has been involved with SONDO since its inception in 2019 and has been appointed director. She, along with her team, will carry forward the mission of ensuring that FROG technology continues to empower children with dyslexia.
This marks a new chapter for MOBiDYS, built on the continuity of efforts led by its founders, Marion Berthaut—who is stepping away from the company—and Jérôme Terrien, the creators of FROG technology. The Scandinavian DNA of ILT Group and its European vision of inclusion have inspired MOBiDYS for many years. This transition also represents an opportunity to scale the groundbreaking FROG innovation and further enhance services for teachers, students, librarians, and their communities.

From their offices in Nantes, the sales and production teams will continue adapting and distributing FROG books to local authorities, schools, and public libraries, ensuring the continuity of various services.
In 2025, MOBiDYS aims to expand its catalog of books and strengthen its platform services to reach 500,000 users in France and Canada, where it operates a branch.
With ILT Education’s support, MOBiDYS is committed to continuing its mission of empowering many more children to read for years to come!
