For its fifth edition, LUDOVIA#BE, the digital education festival, returns from October 22 to 24 with an even richer program. Topics such as STEAM, Artificial Intelligence, eParenting, the FMTTN framework, eSports, Pix, and more, related to education through and with digital technologies, will be widely discussed.
LUDOVIA#BE will kick off with its traditional inaugural evening on October 22, from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
- 7:00 PM – 8:15 PM: Inaugural Conference
The keynote will be led by Grégoire Borst, professor of developmental psychology and cognitive neuroscience of education (Université Paris Cité) and director of the Laboratory of Developmental and Educational Psychology of the Child (LaPsyDÉ – CNRS), on the theme: « ATTENTION IN TENSION: BELIEF OR SCIENTIFIC FACT?«
He will provide an insightful look at the impact of screens on children, discussing brain plasticity and exposure time. He will also share current research findings and debunk some common myths.
- 8:15 PM – 9:15 PM: LUDOVIA#Express
In this competition, participants will explore the challenges posed by multimedia in educational and/or playful practices.
The candidates:
- Mélanie Auriel – Collège Numérique 56 and IUT de Vannes: Offering personalized learning in class and beyond with Balabox.
- Nathan Puozzo – UMONS: Raising awareness of biodiversity with Addmire and the creation of immersive experiences.
- Aurore Martin – École Secondaire Libre Saint-Hubert: Training secondary school students in the use of digital tools.
- Christèle Gouy – Université Jean Monnet, Saint-Étienne: In search of artificial intelligence.
The evening will be broadcast live on the Ludomag YouTube channel starting at 7:00 PM.
