REPORT 🎙️ Klassroom, the publisher of a classroom management and parent communication solution (Klassly), has been organizing KED (Klassroom Edtech Day) for the past six years. While the first three editions were held exclusively with users, the event has been open to the public and other publishers for the past three years. These publishers joined Klassroom ambassadors and numerous elementary school teachers for a day of exchange, and sometimes reunion, at Station F.
This year, 2,000 people registered for KED, and Station F seemed a bit too small to accommodate all these participants who came for a day of peer exchange. Attendees included elementary school teachers, influencer teachers, and solution ambassadors on social media platforms like Instagram, a favored space for sharing their classroom practices.
Fortunately, not everyone was able to make the trip due to space constraints. The day featured numerous workshops on practices related to the solution, as well as discussions about teachers’ experiences in their profession, facing the realities of a changing society (posture, relationships with parents, online harassment, or even harassment on the streets towards teachers).
During the event, Startup for Kids took the opportunity to organize its 8th Education Trophies, nominating four projects or companies (interviews to be featured soon on the magazine’s Instagram account).
Four competition categories were proposed, and in each, a winner was chosen from among three finalists during the finals held on-site at Station F. LUDOMAG was once again part of the jury this year.
