{"id":3590,"date":"2025-05-15T16:01:25","date_gmt":"2025-05-15T14:01:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ludomag.com\/en\/?p=3590"},"modified":"2025-05-22T16:03:50","modified_gmt":"2025-05-22T14:03:50","slug":"the-role-of-emotions-in-learning","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ludomag.com\/en\/2025\/05\/15\/the-role-of-emotions-in-learning\/","title":{"rendered":"The Role of Emotions in Learning"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>We were at Le <a href=\"https:\/\/ludomag.com\/en\/tag\/cube-eic\/\" title=\"\">Cube EIC<\/a> in Tourcoing on Thursday, March 20, 2025, to explore their Education and Pedagogical Innovation Forum, 3rd edition \u2014 a rich event filled with conferences, panel discussions, and hands-on workshops designed to help you better understand and support your teaching practice every day.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ludomag was there to broadcast live on YouTube and as a podcast, presenting several mini-conferences on various topics with outstanding speakers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today, with Laurie M\u00e9zard, Director of Rbean, we will discuss the role of emotions in learning.<br>The goal of the mini-conference was to explain how to structure an activity (before, during, after) to allow learners to connect with their emotions; to understand the impact of emotions on learning; to present practical tools to integrate emotions into a pedagogical activity; to highlight the benefits of an emotional approach to learning; and to give examples of emotion-based teaching practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Emotions are essential for engaging with the learning material, so in any learning sequence designed or facilitated, there must be an emotional charge!
