If CREIA is new to you, this article, in collaboration with Ludomag, is the perfect introduction!<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>Faced with the democratization of AI and a year after ChatGPT became publicly available, the DNE launched CREIA in November 2023 to create a network of trainers<\/em>\u201d explains Cl\u00e9ment Fantoli, tracing the community\u2019s origins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Initially, the team focused on developing a proposal for the entire educational community. \u201cIt took eight months and the collaboration of a network of 170 trainers from all DRANE offices to co-construct the CREIA initiative,\u201d he adds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CREIA operates on the m@gist\u00e8re platform (a hub for the entire educational community) and is a proposal designed to be inclusive: \u201cEveryone has a place in CREIA.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe provide a space aimed at simplifying user access as much as possible. When people share their questions and experiences, it allows us to address their needs,\u201d emphasizes J\u00e9r\u00e9mie Coris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He stresses that CREIA is an evolving initiative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>It\u2019s not a turnkey website where you just pick resources. It\u2019s a tool for the community that must be co-constructed.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe didn\u2019t anticipate the forums would be so popular, which led us to adjust. For instance, we enabled members to unsubscribe from notifications and introduced newsletters for significant updates.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Curating, Selecting, and Retiring Resources<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The third tab is dedicated to resources. \u201cThe challenge with AI is the sheer volume of resources that emerge every hour,\u201d he explains. The trainers\u2019 network is tasked with sorting, validating, and removing outdated materials \u201cto save educators time and avoid overwhelming them with obsolete resources.\u201d For instance, you\u2019ll find the excellent AI4T MOOC developed with European partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"548\" src=\"https:\/\/ludomag.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Image_CREIA-Ressources.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3274\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ludomag.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Image_CREIA-Ressources.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/ludomag.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Image_CREIA-Ressources-300x164.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ludomag.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Image_CREIA-Ressources-768x421.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ludomag.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Image_CREIA-Ressources-860x471.jpg 860w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, the \u00ab\u00a0expert\u00a0\u00bb level for resources is empty, as the initial focus is on familiarizing the educational community with these new practices. The&nbsp;<em>Retex<\/em>&nbsp;(feedback) section compiles experiences on AI, which, along with other resources (webinars, etc.), will soon be translated into other languages to reach a broader European and international audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Short-Form Training Modules to Fit Time Constraints<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The final section is dedicated to training, leveraging micro-learning principles. Modules rarely exceed 15 minutes to accommodate the realities of educators\u2019 schedules outside school hours. \u201cCREIA is also a learning community,\u201d he points out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"589\" src=\"https:\/\/ludomag.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Image_CREIA-Formation.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3275\" srcset=\"https:\/\/ludomag.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Image_CREIA-Formation.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/ludomag.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Image_CREIA-Formation-300x177.jpg 300w, https:\/\/ludomag.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Image_CREIA-Formation-768x452.jpg 768w, https:\/\/ludomag.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Image_CREIA-Formation-860x507.jpg 860w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWe realized that to effectively promote AI literacy, we need to equip trainers in academies.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training modules can be utilized by field trainers during their sessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Breaking the Stigma Around AI in Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThrough CREIA, we aim to overcome the stigma that teachers delegating repetitive tasks to AI might endanger their profession,\u201d explains Cl\u00e9ment Fantoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The forums help foster open dialogue and encourage participants to share their insights and observations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>With 2,250 users on CREIA, the abundance of ideas holds great value.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>In the coming months, networking projects will take shape. For example, an upcoming webinar will target school principals, led by a principal discussing their AI practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cFollowing the webinar, we\u2019ll establish a working group on AI specifically for principals,\u201d says Cl\u00e9ment Fantoli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPooling resources, tools, and expertise is key to this networking vision,\u201d adds J\u00e9r\u00e9mie Coris.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cornerstone of CREIA\u2019s success lies in encouraging members to share experiences\u2014positive or negative. Cl\u00e9ment emphasizes that sharing mistakes fosters learning.
